Chamber Filter Press
Plate-and-frame dewatering for construction and industrial slurry.
- Filtration area
- 10 – 250 m²
- Filtration pressure
- 0.6 – 1.6 MPa
- Capacity range
- 5 – 120 m³/h slurry feed
Excavation, diaphragm wall and wash-water sludge, reduced to a transportable cake.
Construction sludge is a mixture of everything the site produces. Volume reduction on site decides how often the tankers have to come.

Sludge arrives from the excavation, the diaphragm wall and the wash bay, so the plant is buffered against the swings between activities. The cake leaves the site and the filtrate returns to the site water system.
Each stage is selected around the slurry and the disposal route.
Sludge is received in a tank and mixed to a workable consistency.
Coarse material and debris are taken out first.
Dosing is set so the fines will release water in the press.
The press reduces the volume that has to leave the site.
Cake goes to disposal; filtrate returns to the site water system.
Equipment is configured around the capacity, solids concentration and target cake moisture of your project.
Plate-and-frame dewatering for construction and industrial slurry.
Squeeze dewatering for higher dry solids and shorter cycles.
Automated filtration cycles for continuous industrial operation.
The target cake moisture follows the tipping or recycling route the site uses.
A buffer tank and load-following dosing absorb the swings between activities.
Filtrate quality decides whether it can be reused on site or has to be tankered.
Typically 60 – 80 % of the volume leaves as clear water, so the tanker count drops by roughly the same proportion.
Yes — wash water is usually mixed with the sludge and treated in the same cycle.
