A drawing
A PDF, a scan or a photograph of the printed drawing. The revision does not have to be the latest — we quote from what you send and list what still has to be confirmed.
From your drawing or your sample — there is no model list to pick from.
Filter plates, cloth, hydraulic power units, closing and plate-shifting mechanisms and structural parts are made for the press in front of us. Send a drawing, a sample or photographs with measurements and the quotation comes back with the sizing behind it.

Say what you need made and send it straight to the engineering team — on WhatsApp, by email, or through the form with your words already in it. A photo and a few dimensions are enough to start.
Hello, I would like to ask about a made-to-order part.

Drawings and photographs travel with the form: PDF, JPG, PNG, WebP, HEIC or ZIP, up to 10 MB. Every message is read by the engineering team, not a call centre.
Any one of these is enough for a first quotation. The more of them you send, the fewer questions come back.

One worn plate, a hook, a cloth or a beam. We measure it and quote from the measurement, and it travels back with the order.
Where no drawing survives: a few photographs with a tape measure across the mounting faces are enough to quote from.
Slurry, working pressure, temperature and cycle count decide the material, the weave and the finish.
You send the drawing, the sample or the photographs, with the press details they belong to.
We check the part against the frame and tell you what has to be measured before we can quote with confidence.
Plate size, material, finish, quantity, packing and lead time in one document — there is no model number to choose.
Where a part is being remade, the dimensional drawing goes back to you for approval before anything is cut.
The parts are made as a set, so a stack closes evenly and the finish matches what is already on the press.
The parts are measured against the approved drawing, packed for the route you chose and shipped with the paperwork.
One document, so nothing has to be guessed at after the order is placed.
| Part | what is being made, and which line it belongs to |
|---|---|
| Basis | the drawing, sample or measurements the price was built on |
| Material | plate material, membrane grade, cloth weave or steel grade — confirmed in writing |
| Finish | machined, painted, galvanised or exactly as drawn |
| Quantity | a single piece, a set for the press, or a spare pair |
| Packing | crate, pallet or sea-freight packing, marked as you require |
| Lead time | counted from the drawing approval, not from the enquiry |
| Terms | incoterm, payment terms and the port of departure |
The five component lines are quoted part by part; presses, thickeners and feed pumps are sized from the slurry instead.
Yes. Send the part itself, or photographs with a tape measure across the mounting faces. One plate, one hook or one cloth is usually enough to draw the part from.
Yes — from the part. It is measured and drawn again, and no other maker's name, plate or markings are reproduced on what we supply.
One piece. A repair is usually one or two parts; a plate change is a full set.
Lead time is quoted with the drawing approval as the start date, because the part is made once the dimensions are fixed.
They are used for your quotation and your order only. Send them under NDA if you prefer.
Every slurry is different. Send us your slurry characteristics and project requirements so our engineering team can evaluate a suitable dewatering solution.
